2010 :Christ Cares Clinic was awarded a $35,000 three-year grant from the We Raise Foundation, formerly known as Wheat Ridge Ministries.
2012 :Christ Cares Clinic opens to offer Christ-centered healthcare primarily providing services of well care and maintenance of chronic health conditions.
2016 :Christ Cares Clinic shifts focus away from just being a licensed medical facility and becomes Christ Cares Ministries.
2018-Present :Christ Cares Ministries impacts 1000's of people annually.

Who we are
Christ Cares Ministries is a Christ-Centered, not-for-profit ministry that began in 2011 as Christ Cares Clinic, a state licensed primary care clinic offering primary care to uninsured individuals and families in the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. In 2016, in response to changing needs in the community, it reformed as Christ cares ministries, offering a variety of support groups and outreach ministries to assist individuals during difficult seasons of life. These include Cancer Support Ministry, Caregiver Support and Parents of Addicted Loved Ones Groups, Christ Cares for Kids, a social ministry outreach that serves an average of 70 families per week, and youth higher education and adult Mental Health First Aid classes. In the first year and a half of offering Mental Health First Aid classes, over 800 individuals in three states have been trained and equipped with these life- affirming and life-saving skills.

The Christ Cares Clinic first opened in 2012 to offer Christ-centered healthcare primarily providing services of well care and maintenance of chronic health conditions. Our all-volunteer staff consisted of medical professionals including RNs, LPNs, MDs, and PT. In 2016, Christ Cares Clinic adapted to changes in the ministry landscape by shifting focus away from being a licensed medical facility and transformed into Christ Cares Ministries purposed to promote, preserve, and restore the mental, physical, and spiritual health needs of the community.
Christ Cares Clinic is also thankful for the support of Christ Church Lutheran. The members of Christ Church Lutheran have fulfilled so many needs through individual service and giving.
